For purposes of finding a suitable tenant we:
- Show Property
- Interview candidates
- Check credit
- Verify rental history

- Monthly income/expense statement

- 1099 to owner at year end

Our Fees:
- To place a resident: one-half month's rent
- To manage on an ongoing basis: Seven percent (7%) or more of
the monthly rent (fees are fully tax deductible) - For a fully managed property, additional placement of residents
within 2 years is $150 - For an unmanaged property :additional placement is 1/3 months
rent within 2 yearS - For a fully managed property, additional placement after 2 years
is 1/3 months rent - Late fees are retained by the management company
